As a landlord, it’s a legal requirement to ensure all gas appliances, fittings, and flues in your rental property are safe for your tenants. A CP12 Gas Safety Certificate (often called a Landlord Gas Safety Record) must be renewed every 12 months and issued by a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.
